Food Delivery Man

- Deliver food orders to customers’ homes, offices, or other locations within a designated area.
- Follow traffic laws and drive safely to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service, including interacting professionally and addressing any delivery issues.
- Handle payments (if applicable), issue receipts, and ensure proper change is given.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
- Ensure that all deliveries are made in a timely manner and that the food is delivered at the correct temperature.
- Report any delivery issues, accidents, or customer complaints to management.
- Assist in verifying and preparing orders if needed before delivery.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and the team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to navigate the delivery area and use GPS or maps effectively.
- Previous experience in food delivery or a similar role is an advantage.
