- Pick up and deliver food orders from restaurants to customers promptly.
- Ensure orders are accurate and complete before leaving the restaurant.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Manage delivery routes efficiently to optimize time.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
- Handle cash and digital payments responsibly.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Prior experience in delivery or customer service is an advantage.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent navigation skills, good communication, and customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Deliver food promptly, ensure order accuracy, and handle cash transactions.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor work in various weather conditions, flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.
