Job Description:
A Bingo Cashier is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer payments and providing excellent customer service in a Bingo hall. Duties include handling cash, selling Bingo cards, verifying winning tickets, and resolving customer inquiries. The Cashier must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Bingo Cashier Duties:
- Greet customers and answer inquiries related to bingo games
- Verify customer’s identification and eligibility to participate in bingo games
- Sell bingo tickets, cards and other related materials
- Maintain accurate records of bingo sales
- Perform various administrative duties such as completing paperwork and filing
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
Requirements:
- Computer literacy
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle cash accurately
