MC1 - New Pag Asa Pawnshop
The Teller is responsible for handling cash transactions, processing pawn and remittance services, and providing excellent customer service at the pawnshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process pawn transactions, including accepting items, assessing value, and issuing loans.
- Handle remittance services, including sending and receiving funds for customers.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information on services.
- Ensure the security of cash and valuable items in the branch.
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in business or finance is a plus).
- Previous experience in cash handling or customer service, preferably in a financial or pawnshop environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
