Context

The Position must have 2-5 year experience as Licensed Landscape Architect. The Job involves but is not limited to Feasibility Study, Planning, Concept, Design Development and Documentation of various projects such as Landscape Design of Pasay 360, Landscape for NSCR-EX stations or even international projects that require the service of the position. Landscape architects typically spend much of their time in the office where he/she develops plans, revision, and presentation materials together with his/her teammates and superiors with the collaboration of different design disciplines. He/She may need to attend meetings and workshops as necessary for the projects.

He/She plays a significant role in shaping the team core, to overcome challenges and achieve common goals.

Missions/Main Duties

• Prepares Feasibility Report and Study for Various projects.
• Creative knowledge in Landscape Conceptual Design.
• Carries out Design Development and Production work for a given project with applicable standards and project brief under minimal supervision of a Senior staff.
• Signing of Landscape Drawings and Documents as required by the project.
• Supervise and guide Junior staff and making sure the design and standards are being followed throughout the different stages.
• Assists the team in Providing Landscape Reports and Responses for NSCR-EX Document Review Comment.
• Coordinates with internal Landscape Design team, and other disciplines, e.g. Architects, Engineers, MEPE, Quantity surveyors and Document Controllers.
• Attend meetings and workshops as needed.
• Project site visits on a schedule basis when required.
• Ability to apply professional knowledge to design Landscape projects of varying levels of complexity under minimum supervision of Senior Designer.

Performing other related duties may be required and assigned from time to time.

Profile/Skills

• Licensed Landscape Architect
• Proficient in CAD
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
• Proficient in Revit, Lumion, Sketch up and other related 3D software
• Proficient in Microsoft office 
• Good hand drawing skills
