- Develop detailed architectural designs for various projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver creative solutions.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including blueprints and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers and other stakeholders to integrate structural and landscape designs.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in architectural design.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Architectural Design, Landscape Design, Interior Design, and Structural Concepts.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and creativity in problem-solving.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in both office settings and on-site construction environments.
