JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Service Crew member plays a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders and inquiries.
- Accurately processing cash, credit, debit, and other payment transactions.
- Issuing receipts and maintaining accurate records of daily sales.
- Balancing the cash register and preparing cash reports at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Coordinating with the kitchen and service team to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cashiering area.
- Following company policies on cash handling, customer service, and operational procedures.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least a High School graduate.
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage but not required.
- With a pleasing personality and customer-oriented attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive, engaging, and professional demeanor.
- Strong teamwork and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- With complete requirements and CAN START ASAP .
