Job Summary :
The Food Server provides excellent customer service by taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and seat customers
- Take and accurately relay food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area
- Process payments and handle cash or card transactions
Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
