We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Aesthetician/Nurse to join our team. As the Lead Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional skincare services while also guiding, mentoring, and leading a team of aestheticians. You’ll ensure that our clients receive the highest quality treatments and an exceptional experience, all while maintaining a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Licensed Aesthetician with certification and a valid license.
- Minimum of [3] years of experience as an Aesthetician, with at least [3] years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and industry advancements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- [Optional: Any specialized certifications or training in specific skincare techniques or equipment.
