- Provide empathetic and professional customer service to patients and clients
- Coordinate and facilitate medical screenings, appointments, and follow-ups
- Educate patients on procedures, health requirements, and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with data privacy standards
- Collaborate with physicians, lab staff, and other healthcare providers to ensure timely care
- Address patient concerns and guide them through healthcare processes
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations and ensure compliance in all procedures
- PH Registered Nurse
- With active PRC license (valid for at least 6 months)
- Must have at least 1 year RN experience after license registration (hospital/clinic/school nurse/company nurse experience with COE)
- Has good customer service orientation
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Has good analytical skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
- Amenable to work in graveyard shift or shifting schedule
- Willing to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City (B&M)
