Job Summary:  

Reyes Tacandong & Co. is seeking a highly motivated External Audit Experienced Associate to join our team to service an offshore member Firm located in Australia. This role is responsible for executing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, and delivering high-quality financial assessments. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of audit procedures, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Conduct audit engagements, including compilation, review, and audit procedures, within a team or individually. 
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality deliverables and exceptional client service. 
• Communicate effectively with clients and engagement teams to facilitate efficient information flow. 
• Respond to and proactively address client requests and concerns. 
• Demonstrate knowledge of auditing methodology, industry standards, and relevant systems to support audit procedures. 
• Maintain strong business ethics and professional standards throughout engagements. 
• Adhere to work plan schedules, completing audit sections with an acceptable number of workpaper comments. 

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or a related course.
• Having a CPA license is an advantage.
• With a minimum of 2 years of audit experience in public accounting firms.
• Exhibit strong proficiency in computer skills and accounting software. 
• Experience using CaseWare is an advantage; training will be provided if necessary.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
• High level of integrity and professionalism in delivering client service 
• Work reliably with minimal supervision
