- Provide information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
- Assist in maintaining customer service standards and contribute to team performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused attitude.
