Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Virtual Assistant with strong ServiceTitan expertise to support a thriving business in the essential home services sector. This is a 100% remote, full-time position offering a highly competitive compensation of $6.00 to $8.00 USD per hour.

This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to contribute to smooth operations and exceptional client experiences by managing service requests and ensuring the efficient dispatch of field technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatching & Logistics: Efficiently manage and dispatch service technicians, optimizing schedules and routes for timely client appointments via the ServiceTitan CRM.

• Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing professional, courteous, and prompt assistance via phone and email.

• Data Management: Log service requests, update customer records, and maintain accurate dispatching information across relevant systems in real-time.

• Client Communication: Communicate proactively with clients regarding service status, appointment confirmations, and any potential delays.

• Issue Resolution: Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and brand trust.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate directly with field teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational alignment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in a customer service or dispatching role, specifically within a service-oriented industry (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical).

• Technical Proficiency (Required): Direct, hands-on experience and comfort navigating ServiceTitan CRM . Proficiency with scheduling tools and standard office applications.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication abilities to confidently interact with US-based clients.

• Organization: Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Core Traits: Strong problem-solving aptitude paired with keen attention to detail. We value integrity, reliability, and a calm demeanor under pressure.

• Remote Infrastructure: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must possess a dedicated, noise-free home office setup equipped with reliable, high-speed internet and a backup power/internet solution.

Schedule & Compensation

• Employment Type: Full-time position (40 hours per week)

• Location: 100% Remote (Philippines)

• Compensation: $6.00 - $8.00 USD per hour, depending on ServiceTitan experience.

• Working Hours: US Business Hours (PST)

• Flexibility: Possibility of weekend shifts as needed to effectively support ongoing client operations (advance notice provided).
