KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (CABUYAO)
RAM Food Products Inc.
Responsible for managing assigned key accounts to drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure excellent execution of business plans and trade activities.
Key responsibilities:Manage and grow assigned key account customers to achieve sales, volume, distribution, and business development plans.
Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBP) and conduct regular Business Reviews (BR) with key account customers to strengthen partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
Lead customer negotiations for promotions, pricing, trade agreements, and annual business plans.
Ensure excellent execution of retail performance standards, merchandising initiatives, promotional activities, and in-store visibility programs.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to recommend strategic actions.
Manage and optimize trade investments to ensure efficient utilization and maximum return on investment.
Coordinate closely with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other sales support teams to ensure timely delivery, forecasting accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, business reports, and account analysis to support management decision-making.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders of assigned accounts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial guidelines, and customer requirements.
Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related course.
With at least 5 years sales experience handling national key account customers, preferably from top FMCG companies.
Demonstrated excellent selling and negotiation skills with proven key account management wins.
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in FMCG Industry is a must!
