Regional Sales Administrative Assistant

The Regional Sales Administrative Associate provides end-to-end administrative and operational support to the Sales organization. The role ensures smooth execution of sales operations, effective coordination between field teams and head office, and timely delivery of reports, transactions, and branch-level administrative requirements while consistently demonstrating JTI’s Our Way behaviors.

As the Regional Sales Administrative Associate , you will:

People & Culture Support

  • Support branch People & Culture activities, including leave and absence collation, overtime monitoring, and submission of government-related requirements
  • Assist in hiring administration, pre-employment requirements, and employee benefits concerns
  • Support employee experience initiatives, branch events, and other P&C-led activities
  • Process emergency loans, death certificates, uniforms, and tools of trade distribution

Sales and Branch Administration

  • Provide administrative support to branch sales operations, including monitoring office, pantry, and vehicle consumables
  • Manage and liquidate branch expenses and revolving funds using Concur
  • Coordinate payment processing for utilities, rentals, and branch-related services
  • Support travel bookings, meetings, and branch events logistics
  • Maintain branch organizational charts, territory maps, and vehicle assignments

Marketing and Distributor Support

  • Assist with marketing-related administrative tasks such as prize releases and PO/PR creation
  • Prepare, file, and process distributor-related documents including SOAs, contracts, claims, and market returns
  • Coordinate the mailing of distributor contracts and required documents to head office

Field Force Capability Support

  • Validate and submit fieldwork tallies
  • Process training-related PRs/POs and support payments for non-accredited training venues or providers

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant program
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, preferably in a multinational FMCG environment

  • Basic knowledge of sales & distribution, trade marketing, or market research is an advantage

  • Strong office administration and coordination skills
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
  • Effective stakeholder and relationship management
  • Strong planning, organization, and deadline management
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel); SAP knowledge is an advantage
