Description - Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere in the café.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
- Engage with customers to recommend beverages and promote special offers.
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a barista or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, latte art, coffee knowledge, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong written and verbal communication skills, flexibility, and consistency.
