Visual Merchandiser

- Arrange and maintain diaper products on shelves based on company standards.
- Regularly restock shelves and ensure displays are clean and well-organized.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment from the warehouse.
- Actively promote and sell baby diapers to customers inside grocery stores.
- Assist customers by explaining diaper features, sizes, and benefits
- Build good relationships with store personnel and management.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
- Submit daily or weekly sales and inventory reports.
- At least High School Graduate Senior High School Graduate (college level is an advantage but not required)
- A parent is also an advantage
- Experience as a merchandiser, promoter, or sales staff is an advantage
- Good communication and customer service skills
