Job Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and financial reporting for multiple corporate entities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PFRS and IFRS .
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for Regional Headquarters.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax, and Local Business Tax .
• Manage the General Ledger, account reconciliations, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation, cash management, cash flow forecasting, and payroll accounting.
• Monitor budget performance and provide financial analysis to management.
• Support tax reporting and ensure timely and accurate tax compliance.
• Coordinate and support external and internal audits.
• Manage and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Participate in ERP implementation and accounting system improvement projects .
• Supervise, coach, and mentor accounting staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field .
• CPA qualification is required.
• At least 8–10 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting , preferably within a multinational company or the Power & Energy industry.
• Strong knowledge of PFRS and IFRS .
• Strong understanding of corporate taxation, VAT, withholding tax, and tax compliance .
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
• Strong experience with General Ledger, reconciliation, financial statements, AP/AR, and payroll .
• Experience in ERP implementation or accounting system improvement is an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in supervising or mentoring accounting team members is preferred.
