- Oversee close processes and audits
- Lead process improvements and internal controls
- Handle intercompany transactions and settlements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Strong ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, IFS)
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
- Knowledge in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance
