- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services and close sales.
- Build and maintain customer relationships by addressing inquiries, providing product details, and resolving issues.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented mindset with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
