CSR / Call Center Agent - Open to No BPO Experience

We’re on the lookout for friendly, customer-obsessed Call Center Agents to join our growing crew. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our customers, helping them navigate questions, fix problems, and find the right solutions, quickly and with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and assist with questions about products, orders, and accounts.
Provide clear explanations of company services, policies, and available options.
Investigate customer concerns and troubleshoot issues professionally.
Resolve customer problems efficiently and strive for first-call resolution.
Update customer and account information accurately.
Qualifications
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
