Call Center Agent | Open to No Experience & Career Shifters

Join our team as a Customer Care Representative! You’ll assist customers through phone, email, and chat by answering inquiries, providing product information, and resolving technical concerns. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, active listening abilities, and basic computer knowledge.
Main Responsibilities
Handle inbound phone calls regarding account details, product information, and order updates.
Explain company policies, service offerings, and account options clearly to clients.
Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues in a calm, professional manner.
Resolve concerns promptly, aiming to fix issues on the initial contact.
Maintain clean and accurate records of all customer interactions and account changes.
Qualifications
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
