Preschool Teacher

Pre-school Teacher  is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective delivery of both the Play class Program and Academic Tutorial Sessions.

This role includes managing the teaching team, developing age-appropriate lesson plans, implementing creative and engaging educational activities, and monitoring student progress. The Pre-school Teacher serves as the main point of contact for both parents and teachers in addressing academic goals, behavioral development, and feedback concerns.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and implement structured yet play-based learning activities that support cognitive, emotional, motor, and social development.
• Prepare weekly monthly lesson plans, materials, and themes for the class (aligned with the developmental milestones).
• Manage class behavior and ensure safety of children at all times.
• Conduct regular assessments and observations to track children’s progress.
• Provide parent updates through daily reports, and scheduled feedback sessions.
• Attend training sessions and contribute to program improvement.
• Manage and facilitate academic sessions for students from Kindergarten through Grade 6, covering all subjects as per the curriculum.
• Develop activities tailored to individual student needs, focusing on academic enrichment and addressing learning gaps.
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of the learning environment.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of BS Elementary Education, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or Pre-school Education
• Experience: 1-3 yrs experience as a teacher (academic, playclass, or SPED)
• License/Certification: must be a Licensed Education Teacher (LPT)
• must be willing to start ASAP
