About the Role
The Oracle EPM Techno Functional role is critical in bridging the gap between technical and functional teams, ensuring that our enterprise performance management solutions meet client needs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes.
- Design and implement EPM solutions using Oracle tools.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for EPM applications.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience required
- Relevant certifications in Oracle EPM are a plus.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Oracle EPM applications.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud-based EPM solutions.
- Knowledge of financial processes and reporting.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
