Job Description

As Digital Solutions, Automation & AI, you'll partner closely with the business to find where processes can be simplified,manual work stripped out, and technology put to work lifting productivity and sharpening decision-making.It's a hands-on position spanning business analysis, solution design, Microsoft 365, the Power Platform, automation, and emerging AI. Expect to sit directly with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and shape business problems into scalable,practical technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of existing production solutions across the Power Platform and Microsoft 365, maintaining and evolving.

• Manage solutions in productions

• Take the lead on migration projects, moving content from legacy systems into SharePoint Online, OneDrive,Teams, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

• Guide customers on document control and records management, supporting compliance and keeping information integrity intact.

• Build customer capability via coaching, demos, and training, and produce the training materials that go with it.

• Put together effort estimates for proposals and back up presales work.

• Look after governance and support for customers' Microsoft 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate environments.

• Partner with business teams to uncover process inefficiencies and digital transformation opportunities.

• Use advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power Pivot for analysis, modelling, and automation work.

• Find and roll out AI, Copilot, and intelligent automation opportunities across the business.

• Steer discussions on Copilot Studio, AI agents, and AI-enabled Power Platform solutions.

• Evaluate emerging Microsoft AI capabilities and convert them into practical business use cases.

• Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships and serve as a trusted technology advisor.

• Work within ITIL best-practice methodology (change and release management, for instance).

Given how quickly Microsoft's AI ecosystem is moving, this role puts particular weight on:

• Copilot Studio and AI agents

• AI Builder

• AI-enabled Power Apps and Power Automate

• Intelligent automation and RPA

You don't need to arrive as an AI specialist -what matters is a solid understanding of AI concepts and real commitment to developing the skills needed to lead AI conversations and spot opportunities across the business.

Qualifications

EDUCATION LEVEL

· Typically minimum of degree or proven industry experience in Software, Digital, IS and other relevant subjects

EXPERIENCE

• Hands-on expertise across SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.

• Advanced capability in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Expert-level Excel skills, Power Query and Power Pivot included.

• Solid ability in business analysis and process improvement.

• A track record facilitating workshops and working directly with business stakeholders.

• Sharp problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical ability.

• A knack for reducing complex business problems to simple, workable technology solutions.

• A good grasp of AI and the broader emerging Microsoft technology landscape.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing ability.

• Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and still deliver.

SKILLS

• Deep experience designing, building, and deploying solutions across M365, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills -including designing and leading workshops -paired with excellent verbal, written (technical and business), and presentation abilities that make technical information easy to follow.

• The skill to translate complex business problems into clear requirements and practical, M365-based solutions.

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise information architectures.

• Sharp analytical and problem-solving capability.

• A track record building Power Automate workflows and Power Apps.

• Deep knowledge of core M365 collaboration services -M365

• Experience using Microsoft Purview for information management and protection.

• A solid working knowledge of information management principles
