- Maintain and support IT infrastructure: Manage and maintain the LGU's computer systems, networks, servers, and other IT equipment. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring network security, and conducting regular maintenance.
- Develop and implement IT solutions: Assist in the development and implementation of IT solutions to improve LGU operations, such as e-governance initiatives, online services for citizens, and data management systems.
- Provide technical support: Provide technical support to LGU employees and the public on IT-related issues, such as using computer applications, accessing online services, and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Bachelor's Degree: Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in computer hardware and software, networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux), database management, and cybersecurity.
- Problem-solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
