- Welcome and interact with customers to provide outstanding service.
- Handle cash transactions and accurately manage POS systems.
- Offer menu explanations and recommendations when asked.
- Ensure a tidy checkout area and report any discrepancies.
- Assist in inventory management and store cleanliness.
- Adhere to food safety procedures of Tony Ting Food Concepts Inc.
- Minimum of a High/Senior High School degree required.
- Fresh Graduate/Student candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in services and inventory management.
- Proficiency in customer and after-sales management.
- Capable of working effectively within a team environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Balance the cash drawer and generate reports for credit and debit sales.
- The role involves standing for extended periods and may require lifting of moderate weight.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
