In this Customer Support Representative role, you will help clients across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be answering inquiries, offering precise product details, and resolving technical issues. To succeed, you need excellent communication and active listening abilities, combined with solid basic tech skills.
Main Responsibilities
Handle inbound phone calls regarding account details, product information, and order updates.
Explain company policies, service offerings, and account options clearly to clients.
Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues in a calm, professional manner.
Resolve concerns promptly, aiming to fix issues on the initial contact.
Maintain clean and accurate records of all customer interactions and account changes.
Qualifications
SH/SHS Grad
