Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)
2+ years of sales, lead generation, or appointment setting experience
Experience in outbound calling and speaking with Decision Makers
Experience working with Australian clients or markets is a plus
Comfortable qualifying leads and maintaining accurate CRM records
Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills are a plus
Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Make outbound calls and start conversations that turn into real sales opportunities
Book appointments with decision-makers for the Sales Team and help drive deals
Qualify leads and keep CRM data accurate and updated for better results
Follow up on appointments to increase conversions and win more business
Track and log activities properly to measure your success and performance
Represent the company with confidence and professionalism in every interaction
Collaborate with a driven team, share ideas, and contribute to hitting targets together
