Mechanical Engineer (Job Title: Project-in-Charge)
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of working experience in mechanical design review and installations
- Knowledgeable in HVAC, VRF installation, QA/QC, and BOQ presentation
- Ability to manage construction projects
- Experience in project management
- Competent in documentation and preparation of reports (including progress billing reports)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Can start ASAP
- Willing to relocate
- Project area: Cebu
Responsibilities:
As the Project In-Charge, you are expected to perform the following responsibilities:
- Attend on-site at assigned EPC project/s
- Ensure implementation of safety protocols
- Monitor daily construction activities
- Attend construction meetings with clients and contractors/sub-contractors
- Evaluate billing of contractors/sub-contractors
- Reconcile billing with the project owner’s representative
- Perform project installation audits
- Submit Individual Performance Work Reports (PWR)
- Submit contractor/sub-contractor monthly evaluations
- Submit quarterly Lesson Learned Matrix
- Serve as PIC reliever (if the PIC is on leave or unable to report) to report onsite
