- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance during the check-in process.
- Verify customer identification, tickets, or reservations and ensure all required documents are in order.
- Input and update customer information in the system accurately.
- Handle baggage check-in, tag luggage, and ensure adherence to weight and size regulations.
- Provide information about schedules, gate assignments, and boarding procedures.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complaints when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while adhering to company policies.
- Previous experience in a customer service role (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve issues effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software.
- Physical stamina to assist with luggage handling when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional training or certification in customer service is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts.
