Store Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stock shortages or overstocking
- Ensure visual merchandising and store displays follow company standards
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
- Support staff scheduling and task delegation
- Address operational issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and procedures
- Assist in implementing promotions, campaigns, and in-store activities
- Provide support in handling customer inquiries and resolving basic concerns
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall store appearance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred but not always required)
- Previous experience in retail or store operations is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems and reporting tools (e.g., POS, Excel)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
