Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and present business proposals and client presentations.
- Conduct market research and identify potential industries and accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements.
- Monitor sales performance, leads, and business development activities.
- Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and business activities
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of Business Development experience , preferably in the manpower staffing, recruitment, executive search, or outsourcing industry.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience handling Australian, Canadian, UK, or other international clients is an advantage.
- Willing to work onsite and travel for client meetings and business development activities.
