- Education: High school diploma required; culinary training or certification is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, teamwork, time management, and physical stamina.
- Health and Safety: Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Physical: Ability to lift, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced, sometimes hot or wet environment.
