- A kitchen crew member is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of a kitchen, ensuring food preparation and service are efficient and meet quality standards.
Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not always required.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is often beneficial but not mandatory, as on-the-job training is typically provided.
Physical Stamina:
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting pots or trays.
Basic Cooking Skills:
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards is preferred, but not always required for entry-level positions.
