Job Qualifications Education & Experience
- Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering , or any related course.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of solid experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects. Experience specifically in "Design & Build" setups is a major plus.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the National Building Code of the Philippines and local construction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and schedules.
- Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure high-quality procurement of materials without overspending.
- Site Coordination: Lead regular site inspections and meetings to ensure work is progressing according to the architectural plans and safety standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and the internal design team.
- Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks or site issues early and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
