Quality Assistant Manager – 3-5 Years Healthcare BPO QA Assistant Manager Experience Required Work Setup: Onsite – Ortigas, Manila Shift: Nightshift Salary Package: PHP 60,000 – 70,000 Start Date: ASAP We are currently hiring for a Quality Assistant Manager with strong healthcare BPO quality management experience. Requirements:
- At least 3–5 years Quality Assistant Manager experience
- Strong background in auditing and people management
- Must have experience handling a US Healthcare Account in a BPO setup
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Knowledgeable in creating dashboards from scratch
- College Graduate
- Must be amenable to onsite reporting in Ortigas
- Willing to work on a nightshift schedule
