Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Entry-level, no prior experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service and people skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work flexibility.
