Description - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and improve service processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0-2 years in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in technical skills related to customer service tools and CRM systems.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Skills and Competencies: Demonstrated experience in call centre environments is a plus.
