Responsibilities
- Guiding customers through product questions, sizing, styling tips & gift ideas
- Processing orders, handling returns/exchanges, tracking shipments & managing accounts
- Delivering personalized, 5-star service via phone, chat & email
- Turning potential issues into happy resolutions and rave reviews
- Spotting upsells opportunities naturally and confidently
Who We're Looking For
- College graduate (any field) – with or without experience
- Senior High School graduates with at least 6 months customer service / BPO exposure
- College undergraduates (at least 2 years / 4 semesters completed)
- Fresh graduates highly encouraged — passion for retail beats experience!
- Excellent English communication (clear, friendly & confident)
- Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City on a shifting schedule
