Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and coach Inside Sales Representatives.
- Drive KPI performance through coaching, performance reviews, and action plans.
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, support sales and marketing
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and sales
- High school graduate.
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
- Proven ability to lead high-stakes calls and coach representatives to achieve similar
- Proficient in Google Workspace and standard sales and reporting tools.
- Able to independently analyze and interpret KPI data.
- Experience supporting the growth and scaling of sales teams or processes.
- Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced startup environment.
