Sales Associate/ Customer Service - With or Without Experience

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Representative (Customer Service Representative) to support customers, generate sales, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, offering suitable solutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist customers through in-person, phone, email, or online interactions
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Drive sales by promoting products and achieving assigned sales goals
- Accurately handle transactions, including orders, payments, returns, and exchanges
- Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Stay informed about product features, pricing, and current promotions
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate customer information
- Work closely with team members to support overall sales and service objectives
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
Required Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence customer decisions and close sales
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficient in basic computer applications and customer management systems
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, positive, and customer-focused
