Description - Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges.
- Assist customers in locating desired merchandise and suggest complementary products.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Retail Management or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in retail or customer service
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in achieving sales targets and merchandising standards
- Working Conditions: Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
