Sales Representative – Material Handling Equipment Employment Type: Permanent Work Setup: Office-Based Work Location: Biñan, Laguna Salary: ₱650 per day Age Requirement: 22–29 years old Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell material handling equipment, including forklifts, stackers, pallet trucks, and related warehouse solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, understanding clients' operational needs, and recommending equipment solutions that improve warehouse and business efficiency. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential business accounts. Promote and sell forklifts, stackers, pallet trucks, and other material handling equipment. Conduct client visits, product presentations, and equipment demonstrations when required. Understand customers' operational and warehouse requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers. Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents. Negotiate pricing and terms while working toward closing sales. Follow up with prospective and existing customers to develop long-term business opportunities. Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities within the industry. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and accounts. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, heavy machinery, construction equipment, or material handling equipment. Experience selling forklifts, stackers, pallet trucks, warehouse equipment, or similar industrial products is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer relationship management and business development abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard business tools. Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel for client visits. Preferred Skills Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and material handling processes. Ability to conduct or assist with equipment demonstrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers. Commercial awareness and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
