Join our Banking team as a CSR in Taguig or Pasay! Deliver top-notch customer support. 1+ year BPO experience preferred, but fresh grads/no experience welcome.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide info on banking products/services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- 1-year BPO experience (preferred, not required).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Amenable to shifting schedules (day/night, weekends).
