About the Role
Are you ready to grow your career in the highly stable banking and finance sector? We are looking for energetic, customer-centric Voice Agents to join our premier Banking team.
In this role, you will handle incoming calls from customers, helping them manage their accounts, resolve transaction issues, and provide secure, top-tier financial customer support.

Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, active listening, and basic computer navigation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming inquiries regarding bank accounts, balances, card activations, and transaction history.
Assist customers in troubleshooting online banking issues or reporting lost/stolen cards.
Deliver accurate information while adhering to strict banking security and compliance standards.
Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic tone throughout every customer interaction.
