Description - Collaborate with store management to optimize product placement and visual displays.
- Maintain effective stock levels by ensuring adequate inventory of merchandise.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
- Analyze sales data to inform merchandising decisions and strategies.
- Train and support staff on effective merchandising techniques.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow direction and execute tasks efficiently
- Working Conditions: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
