- Support and optimize legal, marketing, and risk management applications across the organization
- Gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements from legal stakeholders
- Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions and lead implementation projects
- Manage support requests via ticketing systems and serve as primary IT contact for legal teams
- Apply data analysis and process optimization expertise to enhance workflows and operations
Requirements
- Advanced degree with 4+ years business analysis experience, or bachelor's degree with 6+ years
- SQL proficiency, data analysis, and business intelligence tools expertise
- ERP system experience, preferably SAP or Oracle
- Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management
- Experience with AI tools and methodologies
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CSPO, or SAFe preferred
- Data warehousing and ETL process experience
