Sales Account Executive

Key responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Present and promote the Cargo Data Exchange platform and its value to clients Handle client onboarding and provide ongoing support Manage sales leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline activities Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for appropriate solutions Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities Maintain accurate client and sales records in the CRM system About you Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in logistics, cargo, or technology solutions Strong client relationship and account management skills Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Knowledge of logistics, freight, cargo, or supply chain operations is an advantage Experience using CRM or sales management tools Basic understanding of digital platforms and logistics technology
