Description - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with their inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely.
- Assist in restocking merchandise and managing inventory at the point of sale.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic math skills and familiarity with electronic payment systems.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends.
